The District announces that the previously issued Request for Proposals (RFP) has been canceled.

Following issuance of the RFP, the Board of Trustees requested that presentations be added as part of the evaluation process. This request constituted a material change to the original RFP requirements. To preserve fairness and ensure compliance with procurement standards, the District has elected to cancel the RFP.

The District intends to reissue the RFP. The only change to the reissued RFP will be the addition of a presentation component. All interested vendors will be afforded the opportunity to participate in the reissued solicitation.

The District appreciates the interest shown by vendors and the time invested in preparing proposals.
